Senior CAD Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up project templates and files structures compliant with project/client CAD standards
• Monitoring and enforcing project standards compliance, file organization, best practices, and modeling errors
• Preparing drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphic representations of engineering designs with occasional assistance
• Collaborating with other production team members - reviewing models for design coordination issues, answering questions, and troubleshooting issues

Required Experience

• Associates Degree in Drafting & Design or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 8 years of experience with Transportation Agencies
• Versatile utilizing several CAD/BIM software and cloud-based platforms, especially Autodesk and Bentley products such as: AutoCAD, Civil3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud, MicroStation, ProjectWise, OpenBridge, OpenBuildings, Revit
• Ability to solve problems and carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously under aggressive timelines
• Strong teamwork skills

Pay

Compensation Range $92,510.00 - $105,125.00
