Responsibilities
- Drafting and preparing topographic and construction survey plans.
- Collaborating with the Survey Manager to ensure accurate plan preparation.
- Calculating layout information and preparing files for field crews.
- Performing survey data processing, 3D modeling, and volume calculations.
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks, Revit & MicroStation.
- Proficiency in preparing topographic and construction survey plans.
- Strong knowledge of survey data processing, 3D modeling, preparing section/profile views, and volume calculations.
- Able to perform accurate calculations using GPS and data processing tools.
- Experience in preparing data for survey field crews.
- Excellent attention to detail and drive for excellence.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Able to work without supervision as well as within a busy and close-knit team environment.
Qualifications

Pay
Pay range $30 - $35 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with the option to work remotely or onsite.
