This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Enterprise Planning (Pigment) based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to become the technical owner of a next-generation enterprise planning platform supporting finance and operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise planning platform and serve as the primary technical and functional partner for finance and operational teams.
- Manage the complete platform lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, enhancements, and change management.
- Build, maintain, and optimize planning models across financial and operational areas, including revenue planning, operating expenses, capital expenditures, workforce planning, forecasting, demand planning, inventory, and supply chain processes.
- Develop and maintain business logic, KPI calculations, scenario planning capabilities, workflows, and approval processes.
- Coordinate data integrations between ERP systems, data platforms, storage environments, and the planning platform while maintaining data quality and documentation standards.
- Partner with architecture and data teams to troubleshoot pipelines, manage field mappings, and maintain data dictionaries and integration documentation.
- Lead change governance processes, including impact assessments, approvals, release documentation, and audit trail management.
- Act as the escalation point for business users, translating evolving planning needs into scalable system improvements.
- Facilitate design reviews, user acceptance testing, training sessions, and adoption initiatives across business teams.
- Create user documentation, training materials, operational runbooks, and knowledge resources to support self-service capabilities.
- Monitor platform enhancements and emerging capabilities, identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI-powered features, and new integrations.
Requirements
- Highly experienced business systems professional with a strong background in enterprise planning platforms, financial systems, and technology-enabled business transformation.
- Comfortable working across Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams while combining technical expertise with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- 7+ years of experience in finance systems, enterprise performance management (EPM), FP&A technology, or related business systems roles.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering or building models in Pigment, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Planful, or equivalent enterprise planning platforms.
- Strong experience with Pigment administration and model development preferred; equivalent advanced Anaplan expertise considered.
- Deep understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, workforce planning, revenue planning, operating expenses, capital expenditures, and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with supply chain planning concepts such as demand forecasting, supply constraints, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes.
- Working knowledge of data integration patterns, including APIs, flat files, cloud storage, ETL/iPaaS solutions, and data warehouse connections.
- Experience integrating planning platforms with ERP systems, including financial structures, general ledger mappings, cost centers, departmental hierarchies, and actuals data flows.
- Understanding of access governance, RBAC frameworks, audit requirements, and financial controls in regulated or SOX-relevant environments.
- Experience creating technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, runbooks, and change records.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Supply Chain, and IT teams.

- Competitive salary range based on location and experience: Region 1: $143,000-$169,000, Region 2: $130,000-$153,000, Region 3: $117,000-$138,000
