About the role

The Senior Business Support/Administrator will provide business support for Advanced Materials & Chemicals and Corporate Functions onsite in Rochester, New York. While not all duties listed below will be performed by one individual, the role will provide opportunities for cross-training and exposure to all aspects of the Senior Business Support function across Eastman Kodak.

Responsibilities

  • Human Resources: Assist Human Resources leadership with tasks related to Community Affairs, corporate internship/apprenticeship program development, volunteer programs/special events (e.g., Holiday Caring event), and service anniversaries. Prepare compensation letters, personnel file documentation, immigration paperwork, and resignation emails to supervisors. Manage HR mail distribution inbox. Order purchase cards for departments. Organize tours for outside companies, including itinerary, scheduling, transportation, badges, conference rooms, food, and beverages.
  • Corporate Functions: Work closely with the CEO’s Executive Assistant for scheduling meetings and trips to Rochester. Collaborate with Purchasing for new vendor setup, consulting agreements, supplies, and equipment.
  • Investor Relations: Maintain Shareholder Tracker.
  • Legal: Administer corporate legal filings for Executive members (e.g., lobbying, business census survey). Monitor State (California) compliance phone line and inbox; respond to Community Affairs inbox requests.
  • Marketing: Administer site access for employees and customers. Coordinate marketing materials or events with other business support teams. Track corporate sponsorships.
  • Information Technology: Coordinate corporate filings/reporting dictated by corporate functions. Assist with Crisis Management/Critical Contact Notification processes. Support labor tracking for monthly headcount, internship program coordination, and contractor provisioning.
  • Advanced Materials & Chemicals Manufacturing: Create purchase orders, follow up on invoice approvals, verify goods receipts, and approve invoices for payment. Place orders via purchasing cards and eBay for parts. Collaborate with Purchasing for new vendor setup, consulting agreements, supplies, and equipment. Organize tours for outside companies, including itinerary, scheduling, transportation, badges, conference rooms, food, and beverages. Work with the CEO’s Executive Assistant for scheduling meetings and trips to Rochester, NY.

Requirements

  • Minimum High school diploma/GED AND 2–5 years of relevant experience providing business support or administrative assistance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer skills.
  • Understanding of business processes and administrative functions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality output.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
