About the role
Conducts evaluation of existing business processes to identify and execute improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes and tests current processes and systems to determine effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collects data, performs root cause analysis of issues or problems, and proposes solutions aligned with current and future business needs.
- Oversees process change implementation and testing, ensuring changes result in measurable organizational improvements.
- Assists in developing and delivering training programs or presentations to communicate process revisions across the organization.
- Performs specialized assignments, solving complex problems through sophisticated analytical thinking and developing non-traditional solutions.
- Interprets internal and external business environments and recommends best practices to improve processes or services.
- Impacts achievements of customer, operational, project, or service objectives.
- Communicates difficult concepts to teams to generate clarity and alignment on projects, initiatives, and work products.
- May lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
- Works as an individual contributor, independently handling tasks; may require guidance in highly complex situations.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience.
