How Success is Defined

• Lead the sales process
• Leverage other sales, marketing, and operational resources
• Access and engage with existing and new target customers
• Conduct 16 face-to-face sales calls per week
• Communicate Visual Comfort's value proposition effectively
• Manage existing customers for retention and growth
• Use CRM to manage customer priorities
• Develop a strong understanding of Visual Comfort's product offering
• Analyze and interpret data for decision-making

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of sales experience in consultative sales environments
• 3+ years' experience in custom home building products, interior design, luxury home furnishings, and/or lighting industry
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
• Proven track record of relationship building and goal achievement
• Superior communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Passion for design and construction markets
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Independent, proactive, and self-motivated personality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems for client management and project tracking
• Ability to understand and adapt to complex distribution channels
• Quickly develop rapport and credibility
• Represent Visual Comfort's brand values and commitment to service

Compensation

$80,000 - $85,000 plus monthly commissions
