Responsibilities
- Aid in developing and qualifying a pipeline of future opportunities in the Federal, State and Local Government spaces.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Group to devise successful market strategies, strategic partnerships, and competitive analyses supporting the organization's growth.
- Contribute to the creation, monitoring, and implementation of customer and industry call plans from lead generation through capture stages of the business development process.
- Participate in the creation of business intelligence and perform market and competitor analyses.
- Assist in drafting non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, strategic partnerships, and pricing strategies to facilitate successful contract execution.
- Coordinate and develop teaming opportunities for targeted opportunities.
- Support customer outreach initiatives as needed.
- Create white papers, unsolicited proposals, concept papers, and responses to sole-source solicitations, Requests for Information (RFIs), and sources sought (SS).
- Assist in transitioning contract awards to designated Program Managers.
Qualifications
- Education/Certifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in business, science, or another relevant field.
- Experience: 7-10 years of DOD/Federal business development experience.
- Skills: Influence and persuasion abilities, strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, excellent oral and written communication, willingness to travel, excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
