About the role

This position is responsible for managing the company’s social media presence and engaging with customers online.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Create and post content on various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.

Qualifications

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year.

Schedule

The position is full-time and works Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
