Responsibilities
- Drive new business and customer relationships through the Public and MUSH customer verticals
- Possess strong prospecting skills, including attending meetings, trade shows, and networking events to build brand recognition and create meaningful client networks
- Create and maintain relationships with clients to guide them through long sales cycles, competitive bidding, and RFP processes
Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience selling turnkey energy services and/or design build solutions
- Have a solid understanding of ESPC, guaranteed energy savings, or financial vehicles used to finance facility upgrades or new construction projects
- Be familiar with building infrastructure, systems, and technologies that impact facilities' energy consumption
- Show a proven ability to negotiate with customers and present to key stakeholders such as C-Suite, Board Members, Owners, and Facility Managers
