Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, pipeline, and relationships that drive our growth in the energy and utility sector.
  • Prospect and close deals, building a robust book of business with key decision-makers at utilities and related enterprises.
  • Partner with practice leaders to shape winning pursuit strategies and convert executive relationships into long-term client engagements.
  • Work closely with our Microsoft alliance team to co-sell into joint accounts, identify new opportunities through Microsoft field relationships, and position Logic20/20 as the premier consulting partner for utilities leveraging the Microsoft stack.
  • Drive the success of our utilities practice and your career by securing high-value deals.

Qualifications

  • A proven hunter's mindset with over 8+ years of experience in sales and relationship-building.
  • Experience in team-selling and the ability to bring practice leaders and subject matter experts into critical meetings.
  • A deep understanding of the energy and utility sectors, including regulatory complexities, grid modernization, and customer experience transformation.
  • Strong fluency in selling professional services or management consulting to these industries.
  • Experience co-selling with Microsoft field teams and familiarity with hyperscaler partnership programs.
  • A learner's edge, staying current with emerging technologies like AI, cloud, and data platforms, and translating them into tangible business outcomes for clients.

Additional Information

At Logic20/20, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a target base salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 for this role with potential for uncapped commissions. The final base salary is determined by relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Additionally, eligible employees may receive performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
