About the role
This role can be based in Seattle, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles or San Diego.
Responsibilities
- Craft compelling pitches and RFPs
- Drive targeted marketing strategies across social media, CLE seminars, and industry affiliations
- Collaborate with attorneys and marketing leadership to produce polished presentations, high-impact collateral, and seamlessly executed events
- Partner with Business Development Managers and the Marketing Central Team to execute BD plans
- Build dynamic PowerPoint presentations for partner pitches and internal communications
- Conduct research on prospective targets, industries, and markets
- Coordinate all aspects of client development seminars
- Monitor data integrity for BD-related statistics and databases
- Prepare monthly analyses of deal data, pitch activity, and trends
- Collaborate across the Marketing team to strengthen communication and share insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with at least three years of professional services marketing experience; law firm background preferred
- Excellent writing, copy editing, and research skills
- Meticulous attention to detail across all work product
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on complex assignments
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Client-focused approach, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality work that prioritizes client value and satisfaction
- High degree of professionalism, including discretion with confidential information, accountability, and flexibility to meet the demands of the role
