Senior Branch Operations Specialist (Jericho, NY)

Responsibilities

• Process money movements of funds in accordance with firm policies and procedures
• Handles client disbursements and deliveries
• Processes cancellations and corrections of orders
• Works with the Branch Control Officer to ensure compliance with the Firm’s policies and procedures
• Solves client service issues
• Trains and manages operational support staff
• Acts as liaison between the Branch and all Firm infrastructure areas
• Assists with Audit preparations
• Provides any special support for sales force as requested by Branch Manager

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of brokerage/financial services experience along with some management experience
• FINRA Registrations: SIE and Series 99 or Series 7 and 63
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Able to work independently, proactively, and innovatively while exercising sound judgment
• Intelligent, enthusiastic self-starter with proven ability to work closely with Financial Advisors and other team members
• High ethical standards
• Excellent time management skills and anticipates potential issues
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 at the time of this posting. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as discretionary bonus.
