For Senior Performance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the commissioning, performance monitoring, and operational diagnostics of Solbank Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Aid in commissioning and troubleshooting of Solbank BESS systems under the direction of the Performance Engineering Manager.
• Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, system inefficiencies, and potential fault conditions.
• Assist with remote and on-site diagnostics of BESS faults, alarms, and performance deviations.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain technical documentation including system performance reports and diagnostic logs.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on system performance and reliability.
• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with safety protocols, engineering standards, and company policies.
• Maintain and improve system reliability and performance.
• Team up with talented colleagues and partners to achieve project goals.
• Champion our standards for quality, safety, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in battery energy storage systems, preferably in a similar role at a leading manufacturer.
• Experience with data analysis tools and software.
• Knowledge of control and communication protocols used in energy storage applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for sustainability and renewable energy.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
