Senior BCBA
About the Role
As the Senior BCBA at MeBe, you’ll serve as the ultimate coach, mentor, and guide for up-and-coming BCBAs across our locations. This role focuses on sharing your expertise, shaping future leaders, and ensuring top-notch clinical care while keeping the learning process engaging and fun. You’ll be the go-to resource for reviewing clinical programming, refining assessment documentation, and providing support and encouragement to newer BCBAs as they build confidence and skills.

Responsibilities
- Meet a weekly billable requirement of 22.5 hours consistently
- Conduct initial assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Maintain a 2-tiered client caseload
- Support the team to ensure clinical metrics are met
- Provide 10% supervision to BCBAs in training
- Deliver 1 hour of parent training per month
- Observe cases and provide feedback to BCBAs to improve client progress
- Participate in monthly leadership development trainings to assist the Site Director or step in during their absence
- Develop communication and feedback skills within the team
- Monitor clinic and clinician Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Manage clinic crises as needed
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
- External Applicants: Minimum of 3 years post-certification experience as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA
- Internal Applicants (Current MeBe staff): Minimum of 1 year post-certification experience as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
- Able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
