Senior BCBA

About the role

The Senior BCBA at MeBe Learning Centers is a key position that involves coaching, mentoring, and guiding new BCBAs to ensure clinical excellence and foster a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet weekly billable requirement of 22.5 consistently
• Work 3 days weekly onsite, 2 work-from-home days
• Conduct initial assessments and FBAs
• Maintain own 2-tiered client caseload
• Support the team to ensure clinical metrics are met
• Provide 10% supervision
• Offer 1 hour/month parent training
• Observe cases and provide feedback to BCBAs to improve client progress
• Participate in monthly leadership development trainings
• Manage clinic crises

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
• Minimum of 3 years, post-certification, position working as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
