About the role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners, operations teams, and technical delivery resources to identify automation opportunities
- Gather and refine requirements, design scalable automation solutions, and support implementation activities
- Facilitate solution workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholders
- Identify impacted data sources, systems, integrations, and dependencies
- Inform functional and technical requirements, sequencing, and delivery timelines
- Support solution cost and complexity estimation
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Contribute as a Power Platform automation maker when needed to support design validation or targeted build activities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in automation, process improvement, technology delivery, solution design, or a related discipline
- Excellent knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation technologies, Microsoft Power Platform, and emerging technology solutions
- Experience evaluating, implementing, and supporting AI-enabled solutions and emerging technologies to address business challenges and improve operational efficiency
- Experience developing and delivering automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies preferred
- Experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, technologies, and business areas
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions, build consensus, and drive outcomes across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and risk assessment capabilities
- Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable technology solutions that deliver measurable business value and positive user experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, overcome resistance, and drive alignment across business and technology partners
Preferred Experience
- System integrations, APIs, and enterprise application architecture experience
- Experience within financial services or highly regulated environments
