Senior Attorney Manager
About the role
Our client is one of the largest plaintiff-side personal injury law firms in Texas, with a statewide footprint and a reputation for treating every case as if it's headed to trial. The firm has built out a robust internal infrastructure, deep litigation support teams, significant investment in expert resources, and a strong internal culture of mentorship, allowing its attorneys and managers to focus on advocacy rather than administrative overhead. It's a firm in active growth mode, with leadership opportunities opening up as the practice scales across the state. If you've built your career as a trial attorney and are ready to shape strategy and mentor the next generation of litigators, this is the platform to do it. You'll lead a team through every phase of case development — from intake through trial — backed by serious institutional investment in litigation support, and with meaningful flexibility on where you're based.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and their support staff.
- Manage the full case lifecycle: strategy sessions, case evaluation, demand letters, settlement negotiation, filing and managing litigation, written discovery, medical record review, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation through resolution.
Requirements
- Strong personal injury trial background (5+ jury trials preferred, plaintiff or defense).
- Proven experience building or leading litigation teams.
- J.D. and active Texas Bar license.
Pay
$200,000 - $250,000 per year
Schedule
Multi-city flexibility; meaningful flexibility on where you're based.
