Senior Attorney Manager
About the role
A large, statewide personal injury practice is hiring an experienced Attorney Manager to lead and scale a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and their support staff. This is a hands-on leadership role spanning the full case lifecycle. The firm is one of the largest plaintiff-side personal injury law firms in Texas, with a statewide footprint and a reputation for treating every case as if it's headed to trial.

Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and their support staff
- Oversee the full case lifecycle, including strategy sessions, case evaluation, demand letters, and settlement negotiation
- Manage filing and litigation, written discovery, medical record review, and motion practice
- Conduct depositions and trial preparation through resolution
Requirements
- Strong personal injury trial background (5+ jury trials preferred, plaintiff or defense)
- Proven experience building or leading litigation teams
- J.D. required
- Active Texas Bar license required
Pay
$200,000 - $250,000 per year
