A large, statewide personal injury practice is hiring an experienced Attorney Manager to lead and scale a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and their support staff.

Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and their support staff
- Serve as a hands-on leader spanning the full case lifecycle
- Conduct strategy sessions and case evaluation
- Draft demand letters and negotiate settlements
- File and manage litigation
- Handle written discovery and medical record review
- Manage motion practice and depositions
- Oversee trial preparation through resolution
Qualifications
- Strong personal injury trial background (5+ jury trials preferred, plaintiff or defense)
- Proven experience building or leading litigation teams
- J.D. required
- Active Texas Bar license required
Pay
$200,000 - $250,000 per year
