Job Details
A large, statewide personal injury practice is hiring an experienced Attorney Manager to lead and scale a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and their support staff.
This is a hands-on leadership role spanning the full case lifecycle, including:
- Strategy sessions
- Case evaluation
- Demand letters
- Settlement negotiation
- Filing and managing litigation
- Written discovery
- Medical record review
- Motion practice
- Depositions
- Trial preparation through resolution
Qualifications
- Strong personal injury trial background (5+ jury trials preferred, plaintiff or defense)
- Proven experience building or leading litigation teams
- J.D. required
- Active Texas Bar license required
