About the role

We are a rapidly growing Business Law firm employing some of the best attorneys in the area and have offices in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. We are currently searching for a Senior Associate Attorney to join our team with proven experience in business law.

Responsibilities

• Practice in one or more of the following areas: Mergers and Acquisitions, commercial leases, real estate, securities, or Intellectual Property law (e.g., trademarks, copyrights, patents).

Requirements

• JD Degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to New Mexico Bar.
• 10+ years of litigation experience.
• 2+ years of experience within Business law.
• Required practice experience in at least one of the following:
  • Securities law, Mergers and Acquisitions, commercial leases, and real estate.
  • Intellectual Property (trademarks, copyrights, patents).
