About the role

We are a rapidly growing business law firm with offices in Albuquerque and Santa Fe, seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business law, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial leases, real estate, securities, and intellectual property (e.g., trademarks, copyrights, patents).

Responsibilities

• Handle matters related to securities law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial leases, and real estate.
• Manage intellectual property cases, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
• Provide legal counsel and representation in litigation and business law matters.

Requirements

• JD Degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the New Mexico Bar.
• 10+ years of litigation experience.
• 2+ years of experience in business law.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Securities law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial leases, and real estate.
  • Intellectual property (trademarks, copyrights, patents).
