Senior Attorney

About the role

This role is for a senior attorney who will take ownership of high-level matters across IP, business, and select federal litigation, and help shape the firm's future direction.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex IP, business, and litigation matters
• Provide strategic counsel to clients on protecting, structuring, and monetizing their assets
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure client needs are met
• Help define and implement the firm's strategic direction in IP and business law

Requirements

• California law license required
• At least 7 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience in IP, business, and/or federal litigation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for intellectual property and business law

Pay

$185,000 - $225,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 to 5 PST
