About the role
Modern Family Law is growing and seeks a hybrid Family Law Senior Attorney to launch and grow their Georgia offices (Atlanta, Savannah, Alpharetta).
Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and child and spousal support.
- Communicate directly with clients, draft legal documents, conduct depositions, attend court appearances, and mediate disputes.
- Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
- Collaborate within a team-oriented setting to ensure collective success.
Requirements
- Four (4) or more years of Family Law experience.
- Ability to relocate within a commutable distance to one of the Georgia offices (Atlanta, Savannah, Alpharetta).
- Active admission to the Georgia State Bar.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-focused mindset.

Pay
$90,000 - $180,000 annually.
