Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of real estate and construction legal matters
• Handle disputes involving commercial and residential real estate, including leases, contracts, title issues, and property rights
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
• Conduct discovery, depositions, and court appearances
• Advises clients on risk, strategy, and dispute resolution

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Missouri
• 7+ years of experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
