The ideal candidates will have experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury defense, construction defect, professional liability, environmental, general liability, transportation, employment, and or other insurance defense lines of business. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with partner level lawyers including preparing and conduct depositions, motion practice, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and assist in customer service items such as reporting. Qualifications Minimum 7+ years’ experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 5 years in Washington and Oregon, and 1 year of insurance defense preferred.
