WORK MODEL
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide full-service recruiting support and achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, providing guidance to hiring managers, interviewing candidates, making recommendations and administering relocations.
- Partner with hiring managers to build overall recruiting strategy and source the best talent to fill open positions.
- Continuously partner with recruiting teams and managers to design, refine and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
- Stay active with current job boards, social networks and platforms to find talent.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arrange travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicants to interviews.
- Affords new employee relocation by determining new employees or transferring employees' requirements.
- Affords assistance with temporary staffing services by working with internal clients and the company's third-party vendor.
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
- Affords assistance in deploying programs to increase talent pipeline for the future and develop relationships with universities and/or associations.
- Affords assistance in developing and managing a formal internship and/or college graduate program, including orientations, assignments, coaching, and training support.
- Updates job knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications, personal networks, and professional organizations.
- Manages intake meetings with hiring managers independently and determines candidate needs for open positions.
- Schedules and coordinates interviews independently and makes final candidate recommendations with hiring manager consensus.
- Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Must be a high school graduate.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Four or more years of work experience in Human Resources, preferably within a recruiting capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in Microsoft Visio.
- Working knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors a plus.
- Results driven.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential nature of employee information and records.
- Ability to multi-task.
WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
- Compensation Range: $63,800 - $88,000
- Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
- Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
