About Children’s Specialized ABA: Children’s Specialized ABA is part of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence. We serve children with ASD by combining clinical innovation, whole-child care, and personalized therapy.

What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, corporate, operational, and leadership positions from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements, candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines.
  • Develop and execute customized recruiting plans for difficult-to-fill and high-priority positions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline activity, and hiring documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical positions.
  • Utilize direct sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, professional associations, job boards, and industry-specific channels.
  • Engage passive candidates and cultivate long-term talent relationships to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for multi-state recruiting efforts and geographically challenging markets.

Candidate Assessment & Selection

  • Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, cultural alignment, and compensation expectations.
  • Present qualified candidate slates to hiring managers within established service-level expectations.
  • Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Facilitate offer discussions, negotiations, and candidate closing activities to support offer acceptance goals.

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers by providing market insights, talent availability data, and hiring recommendations.
  • Consult with leaders on candidate quality, recruiting strategy, interview effectiveness, and hiring best practices.
  • Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers regarding pipeline health, candidate activity, and recruiting progress.
  • Drive accountability and urgency throughout the hiring process to support organizational time-to-fill goals.

Performance & Recruiting Operations

  • Manage an active requisition portfolio of moderate-to-high complexity roles while maintaining recruiting quality and service standards.
  • Achieve established recruiting performance metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction goals.
  • Monitor recruiting trends and identify opportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness, hiring efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition to enhance recruiting processes and outcomes.

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a positive, professional, and responsive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure candidates receive timely communication, feedback, and updates throughout each stage of the hiring process.
  • Represent the organization's culture, mission, and employer brand in all candidate interactions.

What You'll Need

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience: 5+ years
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for clinical roles and/or corporate/leadership high-impact roles: 5+ years
  • Proven track record managing complex, difficult-to-fill requisitions: Proven track record
  • Proficiency with an ATS: Hands-on experience with ATS
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to manage 10–15 concurrent requisitions independently: Independent management of 10–15 concurrent requisitions

Salary Description

$80,000-$105,000
