About the Opportunity
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts primarily across Corporate and G&A functions, while also supporting Product and Software Engineering recruitment. This role partners closely with business leaders to shape hiring strategies, improve decision making, and enhance hiring practices. It plays a critical role in ensuring the company attracts and retains exceptional talent by anticipating hiring challenges and implementing practical solutions in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from role definition through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring strategies and build effective interview processes
- Develop proactive talent pipelines aligned with hiring needs
- Manage recruiting timelines, stakeholder accountability, and candidate communication
- Handle multiple concurrent searches balancing priorities and business needs
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to assigned departments during hiring
- Advise on market conditions, compensation, and candidate availability
- Identify and recommend improvements to recruiting processes and operational efficiency
- Analyze recruiting data to inform strategy and business decisions
- Build and maintain reporting tools for recruiting performance and pipeline health
- Collaborate with People Operations and stakeholders to improve hiring programs and workflows
- Deliver a transparent and positive candidate experience reflecting the organization's mission and values
Requirements
- Six or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including Corporate and G&A functions in late-stage high-growth startups
- Proven success partnering with senior leaders on hiring strategy and workforce planning
- Experience leading high-priority searches requiring strategic sourcing and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated ability recruiting for Product and Software Engineering roles
- Strong influencing skills based on structured evaluation and market knowledge
- Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems including reporting and data integrity
- Effective negotiation and candidate closing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
