Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of high-impact strategic initiatives aligned with enterprise growth and value creation goals.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable operational plans focused on improving quality, patient outcomes, efficiency, and cost structure.
  • Lead assigned workstreams from planning through execution, ensuring measurable and sustainable impact.
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and corporate stakeholders to drive successful execution of transformation initiatives.
  • Support adoption of new processes, workflows, and operating models across the organization.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships while fostering accountability, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives within a dynamic transformation portfolio.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, governance materials, and executive-level updates.
  • Proactively identify risks and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and delivery.
  • Leverage data and analytics to assess initiative performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with analytics teams to define KPIs, track outcomes, and communicate insights to leadership.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform recommendations and prioritize future transformation efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field) preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, healthcare strategy, operations, transformation, or a related discipline.
  • Prior healthcare consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Experience in value-based care, physician practice management, population health, or multi-site healthcare systems is a plus.
