About the role
The Senior Associate, People & Transformation will play a pivotal role in supporting Endeavor's growth and transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Director of People & Transformation, this individual will be responsible for driving strategic people operations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement people strategies that align with Endeavor’s business objectives.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier candidates.
- Lead employee engagement efforts, fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
- Drive performance management practices, providing feedback and coaching to employees.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and career development programs.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, promoting an equitable workplace environment.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to design and execute organizational change initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced startup or entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale HR projects and initiatives.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
