About the role

Senior Associate, Strategy & Business Operations

  • Evaluate marketplace performance across both consumer and service provider dynamics.
  • Build the models, dashboards, and tools we need to make smarter decisions.

  • AI super-user — you experiment with LLMs and automation tools instinctively to move faster and smarter.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong record of academic and professional achievement.
  • 2–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy, business operations, or a high-growth operating role.

  • Exceptional structured problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong business judgment — able to connect data to operational and financial outcomes.
  • Experience building models, analyzing unit economics, or evaluating business performance.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-moving environments.
  • Demonstrated ownership of complex projects with tangible outcomes.
  • Clear, direct communicator who can influence senior stakeholders.
  • AI-native mindset — you instinctively leverage AI, automation, and tooling to move faster, make better decisions, and scale your impact.
