Responsibilities
- Support the development and evolution of integrated program strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision and value creation objectives.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement future-state operating models, translating strategic intent into actionable changes across processes, technology, organizational structures, and skills.
- Develop and maintain integrated program and/or delivery plans, tracking key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across all workstreams and partners.
- Produce decision-ready artifacts and executive-ready communications (e.g., one-pagers, briefings, trackers, integrated schedules, and status updates) that clarify options, assumptions, and critical paths.
- Reflect strategic priority shifts in operational roadmaps, ensuring ongoing alignment as business conditions, technology, or market landscapes shift.
- Perform deep-dive analyses of program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities (strategic & operational).
- Own risk, issue registers, and decision logs, ensuring timely escalation, mitigation planning, and ownership assignment.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of program delivery methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. Uphold governance frameworks, cadences, standards, and follow-through to closure.
- Plan and facilitate cross-functional working sessions and workshops, translating outcomes into integrated plans, decision points, and action ownership.
- Support scope clarity and partner governance by translating ambiguous objectives into objective deliverables, acceptance criteria, and gate-based milestones.
- Develop tools and models to improve forecasting, capacity planning, and portfolio-level oversight.
- Define and track KPIs that measure the success of transformation initiatives, ensuring progress is transparent and tied to strategic goals.
- Facilitate data-driven scenario planning, supporting leadership in evaluating alternative pathways and making informed, forward-looking choices.
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions and integrate feedback into future project execution cycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Project Management, Operations, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in program/project analysis or management consulting, preferably in cross-functional, dynamic environments.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with a strategic, consulting-oriented approach; able to analyze issues holistically, identify root causes, and deliver actionable solutions that align with business goals.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and shifting scopes in fast-paced environments.
- Experience operating within governance rhythms (cadences, logs, trackers), supporting cross-team alignment and delivery.
- Bonus: Certification in project/program management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, MSP) or Agile delivery frameworks; scope governance and acceptance criteria is a plus.
