About the role
Works on core business operations by supporting daily activities and optimizing coordination with external partners, while leveraging technology to enhance operational workflows. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and alignment with organizational goals and technology strategies.
Responsibilities
- Works on smaller, day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Implements improvements in operational workflows through technology and process enhancements using standard guidelines and procedures.
- Communicates with cross-functional teams to align daily business operations with team goals.
- Monitors performance metrics and applies best practices to drive continuous operational improvements.
- Supports the development and execution of operational technology strategies.
- Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
- Communicates operational status, issues, and improvement plans to stakeholders and senior professionals.
- Helps manage supplier interactions to support cost control and the timely delivery of goods and services when applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.
- Working knowledge of business processes and technology applications.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, or related field.
- Experience in supplier coordination, cost management, and operational improvements.
- Familiarity with operational technology tools and systems.
- Previous experience in a technology-driven business environment.
