Senior Associate, Project Manager | Retail Bank Operations & Market Experience (Hybrid)

General Responsibilities

Execute project plans to ensure delivery, which includes adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Identify risks and issues to mitigate or escalate as needed, managing complex up and downstream project impacts.
Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes.

Financial & Real Estate Operations

Create and process Journal Entries to distribute Operating and Capital spend across Capital One’s Retail Real Estate Portfolio.
Review and monitor Capital Project financial closeout documentation, ensuring financial controls and governance are adhered to.
Create and track 3rd party POs for Retail Facility Management Operations and Retail Construction Projects.
Support other Retail Bank Real Estate Management initiatives including OpEx and Vendor Analysis, Utility Analysis and Reporting, and Tenant Improvement Allowance (TIA).

Collaboration & Partnership

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery.
Work closely with key partners and stakeholders across Retail Bank, Finance, Real Estate Administration, and 3rd party vendors.
Proactively keep stakeholders informed on project status, translating technical or financial updates into clear action items for cross-functional partners.
Participate and contribute to larger organization meetings and summits.
