Key Responsibilities
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to support disputes resolution and reconciliation
- Process Governance: Adhere to departmental procedures and internal controls to ensure strict adherence to governance models
- Innovation: Champion process improvements that reduce manual work and reduce complexity
- Resolve complex problems, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes; escalate breakdowns in the process by asking the right questions and identify/involve the right stakeholders to correct breakdowns
- Work closely with colleagues that key disputes
- Coach and train junior levels on processes and performance targets
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- Ledger, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification

Salaries for this role vary by location and are listed below:

- Houston, TX: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. Process Manager
- Mclean, VA: $88,800 - $101,300 for Sr. Process Manager
- Richmond, VA: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. Process Manager
- Riverwoods, IL: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. Process Manager
