About the role

The Senior Associate, Paid Social will provide tactical paid social recommendations and manage campaigns for clients, planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid social efforts with guidance from senior team members. You will own day-to-day campaign management, trafficking, monitoring, and optimization to meet client KPIs, staying current on platform trends and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Develop tactical and strategic paid social media recommendations.
  • Independently execute and optimize comprehensive paid social campaigns within platform, including trafficking, creative monitoring, QA, and adherence to best practices.
  • Monitor campaign performance to achieve KPIs and budget goals, recommending data-driven optimizations.
  • Collaborate on routine campaign performance reports, providing insights and test recommendations.
  • Present recommendations and results with actionable next steps to internal and external partners.
  • Stay updated on platform enhancements and industry trends, making applicable client recommendations.
  • Attend trainings and complete required social platform certifications.
  • Train and mentor Associates and junior team members.
  • Oversee budget pacing, data fees, and billing administration.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience executing multiple campaigns in Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and at least one other platform (X/Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn).
  • Thorough knowledge of social platform capabilities and campaign setup for varying objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating with peers and internal teams via email, phone, and video.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a role where paid social media management was a core responsibility.
  • Passion for social media and advertising.

Pay

$70,000 – $75,000 annually. Actual salary will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, market considerations, and budgetary constraints.

Schedule

Minimum of three days per week in-office, with potential for increased in-office requirements over time.
