Hiring Manager: Associate Director, Global Product Group
About the Department
The Global Product Group (“GPG”) is a component of the Investor Partners Group (“IPG”) responsible for the investor product lifecycle, spanning product ideation and development, product marketing and execution, product management and reporting. The team oversees, manages, and seeks to optimize the Firm’s existing suite of investor products. GPG collaborates with Firm leadership and business unit leaders to plan and execute high-impact projects such as new fund launches, product extensions, customized separate account vehicles, and new multi-product strategic partnerships. The team also serves as the product expert for the Firm’s investor product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Update and ensure on-time completion for recurring materials (e.g., product pitchbooks, performance updates, webcasts, internal communications).
- Assist in the creation of new content and materials with a focus on clear visual flow and storytelling.
- Develop ad-hoc client deliverables (e.g., custom presentations, exhibits), incorporating feedback and completing approval processes.
- Coordinate with Product Materials approvers and Compliance to ensure materials are approved and meet regulatory and jurisdictional requirements.
- Analyze product and investment data to extract insights and integrate them into cohesive narratives that reinforce consistent messaging.
- Participate in internal projects that support fundraising and firmwide marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 2 years of relevant product and/or materials experience at an asset management firm.
- Understanding of private debt or fixed income is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
- Experience with Seismic is preferred.
- Outstanding organization and project management skills, particularly with respect to managing time-sensitive requests.
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively leverage AI tools in day-to-day work, with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, limitations, and appropriate use of AI-generated outputs.

Pay
For Illinois and New York only: The expected base salary range for this position is $145,000 to $165,000 for a Senior Associate and $115,000 to $140,000 for an Associate. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences, and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave).
