Senior Associate - Learning Transformation & Strategy

The role involves providing expert functional solutions and validation for Workday Learning within a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and evaluate solution designs.
• Identify optimization opportunities for Workday Learning implementations.
• Perform quality assurance by testing configurations and data structures to ensure accuracy and alignment with client goals.
• Assist in data analysis to support solution design, process improvements, and translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Contribute to developing business cases by quantifying solution impacts and tracking value metrics.
• Engage with clients through workshops and requirements‑gathering sessions, articulating functional concepts clearly.
• Support project management activities, including tracking progress, documenting decisions, and facilitating knowledge transfer to ensure long‑term value delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience with Workday Learning.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of AI tools in HR technology (preferred).
• Workday certification (preferred).
• Understanding of business metrics (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and technical problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to connect solutions to business value.
• Travel may be required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
