Senior Associate, Learning Transformation & Strategy

The role involves providing functional expertise in Workday Learning within a consulting environment. Key responsibilities include Designing and validating solutions based on client requirements, ensuring quality and identifying gaps.Analyzing client data to support process improvements and translating insights into actionable recommendations.Contributing to business case development, tracking value realization, and demonstrating ROI.Collaborating with clients through workshops, requirements gathering, and testing, effectively communicating technical concepts.Supporting project management activities, documenting decisions, and facilitating knowledge transfer. Qualifications Minimum three years of experience with Workday Learning, including configuration and functional analysis.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.Strong analytical, critical thinking, and attention to detail skills.Understanding of business and financial metrics, with the ability to connect technical solutions to business value.Experience with AI-assisted HR technology platforms is desirable.Workday Learning certification preferred.Willingness to travel as needed.Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
