About the role

A&M is seeking a Senior Associate to join our INFRA practice, focusing on serving Public Sector Services (PSS) clients. This role involves working on high-impact projects addressing critical infrastructure challenges, improving operational efficiency, and delivering value to public sector stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Advising clients on strategic and operational aspects of infrastructure, including portfolio optimization, workplace strategy, facilities management, and lifecycle management of capital assets and fleet.
  • Project Delivery: Supporting project teams in delivering high-quality work through data analysis, research, and preparation of client deliverables such as reports, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Engagement Contribution: Managing assigned tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Data Analysis: Performing detailed data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and developing actionable insights for clients.
  • Problem Solving: Collaborating with team members to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Internal Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams to support resource management, pipeline tracking, invoicing, and other project-level administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction, Construction Management, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or Business. Advanced degrees in related fields are a plus but not required.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in construction, construction management, capital projects, corporate real estate, management consulting, or workplace consulting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, experience with project management tools like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and willingness to travel.

Pay and Benefits

The salary range is $100,000 - $125,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance. For more information, please ask your recruiter.
