About the role
A&M is seeking a Senior Associate to join our INFRA practice, focusing on Public Sector Services (PSS) clients. This role involves working on high-impact projects addressing critical infrastructure challenges.
Responsibilities
- Client Support: Advising clients on strategic and operational aspects of infrastructure, including portfolio optimization, workplace strategy, facilities management, and lifecycle management of capital assets and fleet.
- Project Delivery: Supporting project teams in delivering high-quality work through data analysis, research, and preparation of client deliverables such as reports, presentations, and recommendations.
- Engagement Contribution: Managing assigned tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
- Technology Integration: Leveraging tools like AI, automation, and advanced analytics to support project delivery and enhance client outcomes.
- Data Analysis: Performing detailed data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and developing actionable insights for clients.
- Problem Solving: Collaborating with team members to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
- Internal Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams to support resource management, pipeline tracking, invoicing, and other project-level administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: Relevant degrees such as Construction, Construction Management, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or Business. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in construction, construction management, capital projects, corporate real estate, management consulting, or workplace consulting.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and experience with project management tools.
- Attributes: Commercial mindset focused on delivering value to PSS clients, ability to manage multiple tasks, willingness to travel, and strong organizational skills.
Benefits
The salary range is $100,000 - $125,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance. For more information, please ask your recruiter.
