About the role

A&M is seeking a Senior Associate to join our INFRA practice, focusing on serving Public Sector Services (PSS) clients. This role involves working on high-impact projects addressing critical infrastructure challenges, improving operational efficiency, and delivering value to public sector stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Client Support: Advising clients on strategic and operational aspects of infrastructure, including portfolio optimization, workplace strategy, facilities management, and lifecycle management of capital assets and fleet.
  • Project Delivery: Supporting project teams in delivering high-quality work through data analysis, research, and preparation of client deliverables such as reports, presentations, and recommendations.
  • Engagement Contribution: Managing assigned tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Data Analysis: Performing detailed data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and developing actionable insights for clients.
  • Problem Solving: Collaborating with team members to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Internal Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams to support resource management, pipeline tracking, invoicing, and other project-level administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Education: Relevant degrees such as Construction, Construction Management, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or Business. Advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in construction, construction management, capital projects, corporate real estate, management consulting, or workplace consulting.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, experience with project management tools, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
