Key Responsibilities
- Support the configuration and maintenance of Oracle Core HR, including jobs, grades, positions, and organizational structures.
- Maintain accurate employee and organizational data, including hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR transactions and improve the employee and manager experience through system enhancements.
- Perform data and security audits to support compliance, system integrity, and company policies.
- Support Oracle HCM Compensation processes and configuration, serving as a key resource for compensation-related system needs.
- Support annual and off-cycle compensation activities, including merit planning, salary changes, and bonus processing.
- Maintain compensation plans and related Oracle HCM configuration, including Individual Compensation Plans.
- Aid with salary structure updates and benchmarking activities to help maintain competitive and accurate compensation programs.
- Support testing for Oracle Cloud quarterly releases, enhancements, and new functionality.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support workforce analysis, operations, and decision-making.
- Investigate and resolve system issues across Core HR and Compensation, partnering with IT and vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or HCM systems administration, including hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience supporting integrations and data exchanges between Oracle HCM and HR, payroll, benefits, or vendor systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
