Senior Associate, Client Service

About the role

This role is located in Lake Mary, FL and requires you to be in office 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Works with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
• Serves as a point of contact for clients, supporting them in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
• Applies advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to analyze information and provide solutions.
• Communicates effectively with clients, delivering high-quality service to a specialized client base.
• Provides individuals at assigned clients with information related to BNY Mellon's products and services, representing an array of lines of business and geographies, and leveraging an in-depth understanding of broader BNY Mellon services and offerings.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Five to seven years of total work experience is preferred. Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred.

Qualifications

No direct reports. Provides guidance to less experienced team members.

Advanced problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of BNY Mellon's products and services.
