About the role

This role is located in Pittsburgh. The responsibilities include:

  • Makes sure client portfolio performance is monitored and reported.
  • Owes the online tools and reporting platform, fixing any issues and managing the platform.
  • Answers complex questions from clients about risk management, asset allocation, and portfolio performance compared to peers.
  • Uses industry research to predict future trends in the industry.
  • Provides guidance to less experienced colleagues on portfolio performance reporting and client guidance in risk management and portfolio allocation.
  • Serves as the organization's expert on different product lines and handles escalated inquiries.
  • Maintains and improves the online platform used by clients to generate portfolio reports.
  • Trains clients on report production and listens to their concerns to improve the client experience.
  • Publishes white papers on industry trends and looks for opportunities to increase revenues from products and capabilities.
  • Might have people management responsibilities in some geographies and provides guidance to less experienced staff as needed.
  • Contributes to the achievement of team goals.

    Requirements

    A bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Five to seven years of total work experience are preferred, especially in trading or brokerage. Strong knowledge of client portfolio performance, risk management, and asset allocation is essential. People leadership experience is desirable, particularly if applicable.

    Qualifications

    The qualifications for this role include:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Five to seven years of total work experience, preferably in trading or brokerage.
    • Strong knowledge of client portfolio performance, risk management, and asset allocation.
    • People leadership experience (if applicable).
