Requirements What We're Looking ForActive California Bar membership3+ years of plaintiff side employment litigation experienceDeposition experience required, trial experience strongly preferredStrong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsAbility to manage cases independently, lead strategy, and mentor junior attorneys Benefits What We OfferBase salary of $160,000 to $200,000 BOE, plus commission on the net settlement amount.
