What You'll Do· Take a lead role in managing a diverse subject matter litigation caseload, including business, probate, family law, personal injury, and workers' compensation matters.· Collaborate with a team of bright, skilled attorneys, paralegals, and administrative professionals.· Build and nurture client relationships, leveraging your network and our firm's reputation.· Contribute to the firm's growth through business development and community involvement.· Demonstrate the judgment, professionalism, and leadership expected of an attorney who may be considered for future ownership in the firm's Naperville practice.· Advance the firm's mission by providing high-quality, client-centered legal services and by contributing to a culture of integrity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.· Cultivate productive and respectful relationships with clients, prospective clients, referral sources, courts, opposing counsel, and all firm personnel. What We're Looking For· At least four years of independent practical experience and a proven track record in effective case management.· Strong legal writing and communication skills.· A portable book of business with community involvement is a plus.· Willingness and demonstrated ability to generate new client relationships through networking and community engagement.· Self-motivated, team-oriented, and committed to excellence.· High character, unquestioned integrity, professional maturity, and a demonstrated commitment to ethical practice.· A sustained dedication to the firm's mission of delivering high-quality legal services, practical solutions, and personalized client service.· Exceptional interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening, clear communication, responsiveness, and the ability to earn and maintain trust.· The ability to work constructively with colleagues and to lead by example in a collaborative professional environment.· A demonstrated interest in a long-term career with the firm and the potential to pursue future ownership in the Naperville office, subject to the firm's ownership criteria and mutual agreement.· Required: Active license to practice law in Illinois; admission to the Indiana Bar is a significant plus.
