Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice to corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities, and related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal memoranda.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategic advice.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals to ensure optimal client representation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting clients.
• Mentor and train junior attorneys and legal staff.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state Bar Association.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior attorneys and legal staff.

Pay

$100,000 - $110,000 per year
