About the Job
King Stubb & Kasiva is looking to hire a Senior Associate for its Capital Markets practice in New Delhi. The role offers exposure to a wide range of equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, QIPs, due diligence, regulatory advisory, and transaction management.

Senior Associate – Capital Markets
Eligibility
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (2021–2023 batch preferred).
- Prior experience in Indian capital markets, preferably with a recognised law firm.
- Strong exposure to IPOs and other equity capital markets transactions.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and transaction management skills.
- Ability to independently handle workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Advise on Main Board and SME IPOs.
- Handle rights issues, preferential issues, Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs), and other equity capital markets transactions.
- Conduct legal due diligence and prepare due diligence reports.
- Draft and review Draft Red Herring Prospectuses (DRHPs), Red Herring Prospectuses (RHPs), prospectuses, and other offer documents.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents, legal opinions, and ancillary documentation.
- Advisory on the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, stock exchange requirements, and other applicable laws.
- Cook up with issuers, merchant bankers, registrars, auditors, regulators, and other intermediaries throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Manage transaction execution and mentor junior associates.
